Shipping and Returns


Orders may be placed online at around the clock at your convenience.

KT Jewellery ships within Australia via Australia Post’s Express Post Service with Registered Signature on delivery.
All orders will be provided with tracking details with an emailed order confirmation.
This service is complimentary and fully insured.

International orders are welcome, please contact us at for further information. 

All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of their receipt, provided the items are in stock. 

Orders for in stock items placed after 5:00pm AEST on Friday through to Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday will ship the following business day.

Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between four to six weeks and a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer than the typically allocated time.  A sales representative will notify you if the production/dispatch time is longer than usual.

Metro Areas: 2 -3 business days
Regional Areas:      5 - 7 business days


Please note KT Jewellery does not deliver to P.O Boxes and is not responsible for orders received outside of the expected delivery times stated above. 

KT Jewellery takes care and pride in delivering jewellery of exceptional quality and package all orders to avoid damage in transit.  If however, your order should arrive damaged due to unforeseen circumstances please contact

Returns & Exchange:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied upon receipt of your order, please email within 30 days of delivery for your return authorisation and instructions or alternatively you are welcome to exchange items at our flagship boutique in The Glen Shopping Centre.  As all of our KT Jewellery pieces are exceptionally handcrafted using the highest quality materials and gemstones we are certain we will be able to assist you to find your perfect piece. 

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt. 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or replacement requests if we believe items have been intentionally damaged or misused. 

For custom and special order items, a cancellation charge of 30% of the sale price applies for any change of mind.     

This does not override any rights that you have under Australian Consumer Law.  

Watches, accessories and exclusively stocked brands of jewellery are all covered under their own manufacturers’ warranties.
